Mrs. Rivas holds a clinical license as a bicultural and dual-language social worker. She has more than 13 years' experience working within non-profits. She is familiar with a range of people, such as LGBTQ+, individuals with substance use issues, victims of violence and sexual assault in intimate relationships, and so on. She's worked with Erie patients since 2019. The clinic now offers telehealth Behavioral Health services. Ms. Rivas has worked with postpartum and prenatal mothers for more than 10 years. She is a specialist in trauma-informed treatment and also provides EMDR for adults. She also offers both private and group therapy, treatment with medication and referrals for specialist care and Women's Support groups. Amanda is also a volunteer at Best Friends Animal Society. She helps homeless pets find new places to call home. She believes wholeheartedly in Best Friends slogan Save Them all and is committed to creating Los Angeles a city with no killing.
